Schumag Precision GmbH is a manufacturer of high-precision parts according to customer drawings with almost 200 years of experience. In addition to machining technology with CNC turning, CNC milling and our own hardening shop, we also have high-precision finishing processes such as hard turning, various grinding processes, lapping, honing and flow calibration.
The current range of parts focuses on components in diesel injection technology, both injector and pump parts. However, sophisticated parts from hydraulics, medical technology and household appliances or electric motors are also produced, preferably in medium series volumes. However, the current production volume ranges from small series of 500 units per year to large series of 5 million units per month.
