ser elektronik GmbH is a specialist company for the development and production of customer-specific embedded controls and electronic systems. For over 40 years now, we have been actively shaping digitalization and automation in industry and society with our expertise.</p
Our products are used in a wide range of sectors such as the food industry, transport technology and intralogistics, as well as in international mining. With our modern electronics production, we offer a high level of vertical integration, including in-house SMD assembly, in order to be able to flexibly produce the electronic devices we develop. In particular, our expertise also includes the development and manufacture of electronic devices for potentially explosive and safety-critical areas.</p
We have been able to build up our expertise over many years and therefore have extensive experience in the development and production of electronic systems.
OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
We use the toolbox of embedded systems engineering competently and create tailormade solutions that fit our customer’s individual product goals:
We actively involve our customers in the entire project process and discuss requirements and solutions together:</p
- We carry out a feasibility analysis and develop a specific solution concept
- We work out the electrical and electronic design in line with customer requirements and develop the necessary software.</li
- We create samples and carry out tests and validations as part of the design process; we perform preliminary EMC tests in our own EMC laboratory.</li
- We have an electronics production facility with a high level of vertical integration, including in-house SMD assembly; this allows us to respond flexibly to our customers’ requirements and means we are not reliant on third-party production capacities.</li
- We are always available to our customers as a development partner and source of ideas; adjustments and optimizations, for example due to new requirements or changed framework conditions, are possible at any time.</li

- Human-machine interfaces / operating units (membrane keyboards, touch screens)
- Integration of sensors, actuators and bus systems into customer systems or provision of components for customer systems

- Present ser elektronik GmbH within the network and during customer visits
- Explanation of our range of services regarding the customer-specific development of electronic control units, embedded systems and power supplies (see above, “Our focus”)
- Publicizing and positioning ser elektronik as a development partner
- Establishing and arranging contacts with the aim of winning development orders / development projects for ser elektronik, in the context of which solutions for customer-specific problems are realized
- Our aim is always to be involved in the downstream production of series devices
